By enrolling in classes, attending a free trial, or using the SchoolSharp+ website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, guardians, and participants in SchoolSharp+ programs.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll or participate.
SchoolSharp+ provides Saturday enrichment programs for students in Grades K–12, with select programs available for adults. Classes are offered in person and online and are designed to support long-term academic enrichment.
Participation in SchoolSharp+ is voluntary and subject to availability.
Enrollment is confirmed only after:
SchoolSharp+ reserves the right to limit enrollment, place students in appropriate classes, or decline enrollment when a program is not a good fit.
Free trial classes are offered to new students to observe teaching style and classroom expectations.

SchoolSharp+ does not guarantee makeup classes for absences. Excessive absences may affect a student’s placement or continued enrollment.
All participants are expected to maintain a respectful learning environment.

SchoolSharp+ reserves the right to remove a student from class if behavior disrupts learning or compromises safety.
For online classes:
SchoolSharp+ is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.
All class materials, recordings (when applicable), curricula, and instructional content are the intellectual property of SchoolSharp+ or its teachers.
Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Participation in SchoolSharp+ programs is at the student’s and family’s own risk.
SchoolSharp+ is not liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
SchoolSharp+ may update schedules, instructors, pricing, or policies as needed to maintain program quality.
Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled families when appropriate.
