Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in classes, attending a free trial, or using the SchoolSharp+ website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, guardians, and participants in SchoolSharp+ programs.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll or participate.

Program Overview

SchoolSharp+ provides Saturday enrichment programs for students in Grades K–12, with select programs available for adults. Classes are offered in person and online and are designed to support long-term academic enrichment.

Participation in SchoolSharp+ is voluntary and subject to availability.

Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Completion of required registration information
• Payment of applicable tuition

SchoolSharp+ reserves the right to limit enrollment, place students in appropriate classes, or decline enrollment when a program is not a good fit.

Free Trial Classes

Free trial classes are offered to new students to observe teaching style and classroom expectations.

• Free trials are subject to availability
• A free trial does not guarantee placement in a specific class
• SchoolSharp+ may limit the number of trial classes per student

Tuition and Payment Terms

Tuition rates are published clearly and are based on class length and subject type.

Key policies:

• Tuition is due on or before the first class
• Late payments (two weeks or more after the first class) may incur a fee
• Discounts are applied according to posted terms and are not guaranteed

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes consistently
• Arrive on time
• Participate respectfully

SchoolSharp+ does not guarantee makeup classes for absences. Excessive absences may affect a student’s placement or continued enrollment.

Classroom Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful learning environment.

This includes:

• Respectful behavior toward teachers and peers
• Appropriate language and conduct
• Following classroom rules and instructions

SchoolSharp+ reserves the right to remove a student from class if behavior disrupts learning or compromises safety.

Online Classes and Technology

For online classes:

• Students must have a reliable internet connection
• Access is limited to enrolled students
• Recording or sharing class content without permission is prohibited

SchoolSharp+ is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

Intellectual Property

All class materials, recordings (when applicable), curricula, and instructional content are the intellectual property of SchoolSharp+ or its teachers.

Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in SchoolSharp+ programs is at the student’s and family’s own risk.

SchoolSharp+ is not liable for:

• Injuries occurring outside its reasonable control
• Technical disruptions
• Indirect or incidental damages

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to Programs or Policies

SchoolSharp+ may update schedules, instructors, pricing, or policies as needed to maintain program quality.

Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled families when appropriate.
