This course is designed for students in the seventh and eighth grades.
We will focus on the areas of reading, writing, and speaking in an effort to make students able to read and write confidently in all subject areas.
Students will develop their abilities to determine and analyze main ideas in assigned texts.
Students will also practice speaking in Russian while using relevant facts, details and informed context to support an opinion.
Throughout their writing and speaking exercises, students will continue to improve their command of the Russian language, particularly in the uses of phrases and clauses and varied types of sentences.
