Leo Liebeskind

Leo is a lifelong New Yorker and a graduate of Hunter College High School. He went on to study at Oberlin College and then Columbia University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. Leo has been teaching classes and tutoring privately in a wide range of subjects from test prep to mathematics to literature for over six years. At School Sharp, he has taught English Language Arts and mathematics to students between the ages of 3rd and 7th grade. Outside of School Sharp, Leo has worked with students from ages 5 to 17, and has also taught piano, guitar, music theory, and chess, in addition to his academic work. When he isn’t teaching, Leo can be found writing songs and playing music with his band in and around New York City.
